Beef Meatballs Sauce [Diced tomato, Zucchini, Broccoli, Onion, Red capsicum, Tomato paste, Water, Olive oil, Soy sauce (GF), Crushed garlic, Beef stock powder (GF), Rosemary, Black pepper], Beef Meatballs [Beef mince, Light milk, Whole egg, Breadcrumbs (GF), Crushed garlic, Pink salt, Basil, Oregano, Black pepper]

Preparation and storage notes

Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Peel film 3 cm, heat 4–7 mins frozen or 2 mins defrosted, stir, stand 1 min, remove film and enjoy. 
Stove: From defrosted, heat in saucepan 2–3 mins or until hot. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
