Vegetable stock, Water, Silken tofu (Soy), Red lentils, Cauliflower rice, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Diced tomato, Onion, Coconut milk, Faba bean protein, Olive oil, Soy sauce (GF), Crushed garlic, Fresh coriander, Curry hot spice mix, Turmeric, Cumin, Ginger, Pink salt, Garam masala, Cinnamon, Hot chilli powder

Preparation and storage notes

Meals:
Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Pierce film, heat 5 mins from frozen or 3 mins defrosted. 
Stove: Heat in pan 2–3 mins from defrosted. 
Oven: Pierce film, heat at 160°C for 30–40 mins frozen or 15–20 mins defrosted, stir occasionally. 
Air fryer: Remove film, heat at 160°C for 15–20 mins frozen or 10–15 mins defrosted. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
