Ingredients

Water, Diced tomato, Mushrooms, Red kidney beans, Red capsicum, Zucchini, Broccoli, Carrot, Silken tofu (Soy), Onion, Tomato paste, Peas, Kale, Corn kernels, Textured vegetable protein (Soy), Leek, Soy sauce (GF), Olive oil, Faba bean protein, Crushed garlic, Paprika, Vegetable stock, Cumin, Cinnamon, Cornstarch, Black pepper, Hot chilli powder

Preparation and storage notes

Meals:
Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Pierce film, heat 5 mins from frozen or 3 mins defrosted. 
Stove: Heat in pan 2–3 mins from defrosted. 
Oven: Pierce film, heat at 160°C for 30–40 mins frozen or 15–20 mins defrosted, stir occasionally. 
Air fryer: Remove film, heat at 160°C for 15–20 mins frozen or 10–15 mins defrosted. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
