Beef Lasagne Meat Sauce [Diced tomato, Zucchini, Broccoli, Onion, Red capsicum, Tomato paste, Water, Olive oil, Soy sauce (GF), Crushed garlic, Beef stock powder (GF), Black pepper], Bechamel Sauce [Diced tomato, Ricotta cheese (Milk), Light milk], Lasagne sheets (GF)

Preparation and storage notes

Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Pierce film, heat 5 mins from frozen or 3 mins defrosted. 
Stove: Heat in pan 2–3 mins from defrosted. 
Oven: Pierce film, heat at 160°C for 30–40 mins frozen or 15–20 mins defrosted, stir occasionally. 
Air fryer: Remove film, heat at 160°C for 15–20 mins frozen or 10–15 mins defrosted. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
