Preparation and storage notes

FAMILY SIZE MEAL COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Remove outer sleeve and cover tray with paper &/or foil to avoid drying out and place in a 180oC preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through evenly.
Microwave: Heat in Microwave for 8-10 minutes.
