Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Heat defrosted meal in 1-2 minute increments until evenly hot throughout.
Stovetop: Transfer contents into a saucepan on stovetop and reheat over medium heat, stirring until heated evenly throughout.
Oven: Transfer contents into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place into a preheated 180oC oven and reheat for 15-20 minutes, removing cover for last 5 minutes of heating.
